Our latest CNC milling aquisition, the Haas UMC 500 5-axis milling machine offers high-speed capabilities allowing for shorter and more efficient processing times.
At Mach-Tech we use a multi-pallet system which further enhances our machining solutions by eliminating the need for multiple setups for complex parts. This minimises machine downtime and improves throughput, enabling us to offer shorter lead times for batch work.
With our comprehensive range of 3, 4, and 5-axis milling solutions, we can effectively cater to all our customers, whether they require one-off pieces or small batch work, ensuring we meet the needs of projects of any size.
Our large VF4 Haas mill enhances our CNC Machining capability to handle larger workpieces, with a working window of 1270mm x 508mm by 635mm high.

How to Work With Us
To work with us, start by filling out our quote request form and uploading your CAD file. Our engineers will review your design and determine materials, lead time, and quality for CNC machining. We will contact you to finalise the quotation.
Once approved, production begins with a thorough 4-step inspection. Parts are then safely packed and shipped, ensuring timely and secure delivery for all orders around London.
